SDI Select 60

Dry ice cleaning continues to become the preferred method for environmental cleaning and surface preparation across an increasing number of industries. Cold Jet remains ahead of the curve with the SDI Select™ 60, a dry ice cleaning system that offers the value of delicate cleaning and high-level aggression all in one frame.

Designed with application variability and ever-changing industry demands in mind, the SDI Select 60 can navigate the dry ice cleaning spectrum with ease.

Showcasing Cold Jet’s patented shaved ice technology, the SDI Select 60 can clean large surfaces of thin, hard contaminant, without damaging the substrate. And when faced with heavier contaminants, simply bypass the shaving media, turn up the aggression and clean using full 3mm pellets.

  • Shave with any dry ice media standard block, 3mm pellet, nugget, slice, even leftover scrap ice

  • Bypass for full 3mm pellet performance

  • Clean from as low as 50 CFM, using 1/3 of the compressed air, thus reducing noise levels and air usage vs. alternative dry ice cleaning systems

  • Increase blast pressure up to 250 PSI to clean the most stubborn contaminants

  • Choose from any Aero nozzle or accessory to maximize flexibility

SDI Select™ 60

The Power of Selection

Cold Jet’s SDI Select™ 60 is designed to be the most simplistic, user-friendly dry ice cleaning system available today. With the ability to shave any dry ice media input through patented feeder technology, the SDI Select 60 opens new cleaning opportunities for users who experience limited dry ice availability. Now, they can source any form of dry ice for their cleaning medium.

Total dry ice flexibility allows end-users to break through application limitations based on required or available media. With the SDI Select 60, managing the dry ice supply chain becomes hassle free and provides the freedom to utilize the lowest cost media from any local provider, saving both time and money. Moving beyond standard forms of media (including pellets, block, nuggets and slices) the SDI Select 60 also accepts leftover ice – which includes the rejected, broken or aged block, as well as spare pieces of dry ice that have been sitting around for a week. For value-conscious end users, the ability to clean using leftover ice can greatly improve the ROI of each application.
